Moni answered the call to preach with a deep concern for the church, the disconnected, and the discouraged. Her mission is clear: to help people rediscover their faith, realign with their purpose, and glorify God in every area of life.
She has served as a youth leader, hospital chaplain, congregational care minister, and is now an ordained Baptist preacher—building bridges between the Word and real life.
She is the founder of:

- Faith and Glory Pulpit Search Firm
- Associate Minister Co-op
- Bible Study for All (3rd Fridays via Zoom)
She also leads the:
- Faithful Connections Ministry
- The Glorify Ministerial Fellowship
- And serves as the Assistant Secretary and Director of Youth & Young Adult Ministries for the Bethany Baptist Association – Southside Virginia
